'Loom Production Monitoring System' using ‘All the Production Sensor with Web Interface Unit'Loom Monitoring System is an "Automated Information System" which will give you better control over production monitoring and take corrective steps immediately. This system will help to improve "Productivity".

With the use of latest technology, the system is most simple, 'Plug and play' type and the looms can be Continuously monitored inside factory on mobile phones, laptops, Desktops over LAN and Wi-Fi without any software installation!

The production reports are sent over email every hourly, Shift wise and Day wise. This system will work independently in parallel to your existing production metering.

We have also added Order & Roll management Systems. This facility will be very useful for efficient loom Production management and Planning.

The Production Sensor :

  • All the production sensors are used for pulse counting. These pulses are used for production measurement.
  • The wired production sensor get connected to web Interface Unit through Loom to Loom cable network.
  • The wireless production sensor get connected to web Interface Unit through wireless communication.
  • The sensor has in built memory to keep the track of total counted pulses. In case of power failure the pulse count is stored in memory.
  • The sensor also counts the time between each pulse in millisecond. This data can be used for machine stoppage time or production rate.
  • There are two LEDs provided on wired production sensor. The red LED indicates the counting of rotation (magnet sensing) and white LED indicates address sent and data received.
  • There are two LEDs provided on wireless production sensor. The red LED indicates the counting of rotation (magnet sensing) and green LED indicates address sent and data received.

All the production sensors are connected via “Loom to Loom Cables” to the “Web Interface Unit”. The 'Continuous Monitoring Production' can be monitored anytime over you office LAN and WI-Fi within the range. Periodic emails of loom production (Hourly, Shift wise and Day wise) are sent automatically on your email accounts.

No man power is required as this system is completely automatic. No software installation is required on your PCs or Laptops. With such versatility, you can monitor production continuously in different ways as convenient to you.
