Electronic Cheese Winder System

With great advantage of substantial power saving, very much reduced maintenance, ability to easily run at higher line speed, the age old 'Magnetic Winders' have now become obsolate. With over 15 years of experience in useful and reliable product development for woven sack industry, we have come out with various options for electronic cheese winders.

We have developed various components mainly Tension Controller AC Drive Card, BLDC Drive Card, Analog Sensor, Power Supply Card, Line Speed Syncronizer, Auto Doffing PLC Card etc.

Fixed Ratio Electronic Winder System

AC Drive is provided for Spindle and the CAM is coupled by fixed ratio. This is simple, low cost and lowest maintenance Cheese Winder. In this type the maximum line speed achievable is upto 400 Mtrs/Min.

Variable Ratio Electronic Winder System

Variable Ratio Electronic Winder System Seperate drive for both the spindle and the CAM is provided. Woven Sack Fabric size variation can be greatly reduced by producing bobbins with uniform winding tension by using variable ratio winding.

Auto Doffing Electronic Winder System
